Idaho, that the City
Council of the City of
Chubbuck will hold a
Public hearing at the
Chubbuck City Hall,
5160 Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuok, Idaho at the
hour o€ 7:30 p.m., Oc-
tober 27th, 1998 for the
purpose of revising
monthly wastewater and
wastewater utility plant
capacity service fees.
Wastewater and Waste-
water Utility Plant Ca-
pacity Fees will be in-
creased more than 5%.
A more detailed descrip-
tion of the above pro-
posed building permit
fee schedule is on file in
the City Clerk's office at
Chubbuck City Hall,
5166 Yellowstone Ave.,
and is available for in-
spection during regular
business hours. Any
and all interested per-
sons shall be heard at
said public hearing and
the public is welcome
and invited to submit
testimony.
