GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 p.m., De-
cember 3, 1998 at the
Chubbuck City Office,
5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck to al-
low trained message
therapists as a Home
Occupation; to clarify
massage by an un-
trained person is not al-
lowed.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on December 8, 1998
at the hour of 7:30
p.m., in the City Munici-
pal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone, the City
Council will hold a public
hearing on the above
item(s) together with the
recommendations of
the Land Use and De-
velopment Commission.
A COPY OF THE APPLI-
CATION IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOU TO REVIEW.
