A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE
CITY FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION PROVIDED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SERVICE SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13-03.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides for garbage
collection and disposal rates through the sanitary services should be setby resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, that
effective, August 1, 2012, the monthly charges for this service shall be as follows:
