A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF CITY PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, Idaho Code 15-1403 requires the City Council to authorize the donation of property
that is no longer of use to the city; and 11>60Ce 61-7_3,77
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has proposed for donation certain property that has exceeded its
useful life; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho that the listed property shall be donated under the direction and supervision of the
City Clerk.

The administrative staff of the City is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the
authorization provided by this Resolution.
