RESOLUTION NO. 1 - 2017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE AUTHORITY CHAIRMAN TO DELEGATE CERTAIN
DUTIES TO THE AUTHORITY'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the Chubbuck Development Authority ("Authority") adopted By -Laws July
14,1992;
WHEREAS, Article V, Paragraph B of said By -Laws authorizes the Chairman of the
Authority to "execute all deeds, bonds, contracts and other legal documents....";
WHEREAS, Article V, Paragraph B also authorizes the Board to "delegate certain of said
duties to the Executive Director....";
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Chubbuck Development Authority that the
authority of the Chairman to "execute all deeds, bonds, contracts and other legal documents...." is
hereby delegated to the Authority's Executive Director to enable said Executive Director to
execute all such deeds, bonds, contracts and other legal documents that have been approved by
the Authority.
