A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE DELINQUENT
RATES TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR SERVICES FURNISHED THROUGH THE
MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM, SEWER SYSTEM AND SANITATION.
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.010 and 13.04.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provided
that the rates and fees for water, sewer and sanitation shall be set by resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that
effective, October 1, 2013, the delinquent monthly charges for this service shall be as follows:
DELINQUENT MONTHLY SERVICE RATES
1st time delinquency will be $10.00 and thereafter each delinquency will be $50.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, THIS 10th DAY of September, 2013.
