'� A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 4-2003; NO. 4-2002; NO 4-
2000; NO. 4-92; NO 7-92; NO. 11-92; NO. 4-95 AND NO. 4-96 TO AMEND
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE URBAND RENEWAL AREA.
Whereas, Resolution No. 4-92 declared the need for and created an Urban Renewal Area;
and
Whereas, Resolution No. 7-92 established the property lying within the Urban Renewal
Area; and
Whereas, Resolution No. 11-92 deleted the northern portion of the urban renewal area as
established by Resolution No. 7-92; and
Whereas, Resolution No. 4-95 and Resolution No. 4-96 added the city parks to the Urban
Renewal Area; and
Whereas, Resolution No. 4-2000 added additional city parks and construction projects;
and
Whereas, Resolution No. 4-2002 added project construction elements; and

Whereas, Resolution No. 4-2003 amended the boundaries of the Urban Renewal Area:
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and the City of Chubbuck:
The boundaries lying within and including the area legally described on the attached
Exhibit "A" be added to the existing Urban Renewal Area and Revenue Allocation District
created by Resolution No. 4-92 and amended by Resolution No. 4-95; No. 4-96; No.7-92;
No. 11-92; No. 4-2000; No. 4-2002 and No. 4-2003 added to the Urban Renewal Plan
adopted in 1992.
Passed and approved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck this 13 t hday of
