criteria. Contractors must submit a re•
sponse in the format outlined in the Re.
quest for Statement of Qualifications.
Any response may be withdrawn prior to
the scheduled time below for the open-
ing of the responses or authorized post-
ponement thereof. Copies of the Re-
quest for SOQ Informational Packet may
be obtained from:

Three (3) copies of the completed Soo
and required forms must be received by
the Public Works Director at the location
listed below prior to 11:00 AM MST on
March 5, 2015. Mark the envelope in
which the response is enclosed with:

All responses must be signed and propos-
ingfirms must have a currently valid Ida-
ho Public Works Contractor license and
Specialty Construction Category for the
work under consideration in order to
submit.
Upon receipt of SOQs, the City will evalu-
ate and determine which contractors are
qualified to bid. If the City proceeds with
bidding of the pro''ect, all firms deemed
qualified by the City will be invited to
submit formal bids for the project as de-
lineated in the Project Manual, which is
currently under development.
Any protest of determination of qualifica-
tions or bidding procedures will be han-
dled in accordance with procedures de-
lineated in IC 67-2805.
Firms will be responsible for all costs (in-
cluding site visits, if any) incurred in
