NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 6:00 PM on March 4, 2015, at
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following items:
Vacate the following street rights-of-way
in the City of Chubbuck. Burley Drive
from its southerly terminus, north
approximately 764 feet and Victorian
Circle from its easterly terminus, west
approximately 350 feet to its intersection
with Central Way.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Clerk, Rich
Morgan at 208.237.2400 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
