ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for one truck mounted combi-
nation sewer and catch basin cleaner
will. be received by the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho at the office of the Public
Works Director, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho until 2:00
p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at which
time; bids duly submitted will be opened
and read. A complete list of specifica-
tions for which the bids are solicited is
available at the office of the Public
Works Director, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids
must be delivered under sealed cover
and must contain one of the following
forms of bidder's security in the amount
of 5% of the amount bid: Cash,
cashier's check payable to the city, certi-
fied check payable to the city, or bid-
der's bond executed by a qualified sure-
ty company payable to the city. The city
reserves the right to accept any and all
bids or to accept the lowest responsible
bid or any item of any such bid being the
most advantageous to the city.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
that SHE was at all times herein mention a citizen
of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
