SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE
NO. 737
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck,
a municipal corporation of the state of
Idaho, amending Chubbuck Municipal
Code section 2.04.010 to provide for
periodic review of elected officials'
salaries in January of each year in
which there is a general election for city
positions beginning in ,January of 2017;
providing for periodic adjustments in
the salaries to reflect changes in the
consumer price index; amending code
section 2.08.040 to eliminate the roll call
from the council agenda; providing
for the repeal of conflicting ordinances;
providing that all other provisions of
Chapters 2.04 and 2.08 not amended
shall remain in effect; providing for the
severability of the provisions of this ordi-
nance; providing when this ordinance
shall be in effect.

Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
ID 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and
correct summary of Ordinance No. 737
and that the summary provides ade-
quate notice to the public of the contents
of this ordinance.
