CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
November 12, 2014 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers. 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Who, with respect
to the following items:
1. Application from T -Mobile 121 West
Electron Road Suite 330, Draper UT
84020 for a Conditional Use Permit for
construction of an 80' wireless facility at
Chubbuck Elementary School, 600 West
Chastain Drive, Chubbuck Ill 83202.
A CORY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
