CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on De-
cember 9, 2014 at Chubbuck City Coun-
cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
the following items:
1. Application from Walter Rowntree, 22'
5th Avenue East, Kalispell, MT 59901
for a Conditional Use Permit for con-
struction of a pole mounted solar panel
cluster at Bannock Animal Medical Cen-
ter, 5262 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, ID 83202.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul'
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
