Sealed bids for one Wide Area Rotary
Mower will be received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the
Public Works Director, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho until
2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2014
at which time, bids duly submitted will be
opened and read. A complete list of
specifications for which the bids are so-
licited is available at the office of the
Public Works Director, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be delivered under sealed
cover and must contain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bidder's security in the
amount of 51/6 of the amount bid: Cash,
cashier's check payable to the city, certi-
fied check payable to the city, or bid-
der's bond executed by a qualified sure-
ty company payabte to the, city. The it
reserves the right to accept any and all
bids or to accept the lowest responsible
bid or any item of any such bid being the
most advantageous to the city.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
