NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Jan-
uary 13, 2015 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1 An application by Miller Properties LLC,
6034 Fruitwood Lane, Pocatello, ID
83201 for Sunset West Division 7 Pre-
liminary Plat. Located in East 1/2 of Sec-
tion 5, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. The subdivision will be
North of Jasmine Drive and West of An-
gela Street.
2 An application by Teri Jensen/ Safe T
Gard Storage, 4604 Burley Drive, Chub -
buck, ID 83202 for a Conditional Use
Permit to have a beauty shop located at
4604 Burley Drive, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Jan.
uary 21, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing regard-
ing Item #1, Sunset West Division 7 Pre-
liminary Plat, together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and Devel-
opment Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO

uninterruptedly published in said County for a
