Minutes of the regular meeting of the Land Use and Development Commission held in the City
Municipal Building October 3, 2002
Present: Chairman Pete Anderson; Commission members: Jason Mendenhall, Mary Harker, Nolan
Briscoe, Gayle Anderson, Ray Rosen; Attorney: Tom Holmes; City Staff: Larry Kohntopp and Steve
Smart; Secretary Myrna Crapo.
Chairman Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Chairman Anderson asked if any commission members had a conflict of interest. There was none.
PUBLIC HEARING:
1. An application by Heritage Development, Box 2684, Pocatello ID 83204 for a Preliminary Plat for
Victorian Village 3rd addition. Property is located west of Hampton and Roanoke.
Chairman Anderson opened the public hearing. There was no public comment.
Mary Harker moved to approve the application of Heritage Development, Box 2684, Pocatello, Idaho
83205 for a Preliminary Plat for Victorian 3rd Addition. Jason Mendenhall seconded.
Roll Call Vote: Ray Rosen, yes; Jason Mendenhall, yes; Mary Harker, yes; Nolan Briscoe, yes; Gayle
Anderson, yes.
Nolan Briscoe moved to adjourn with Jason M
