NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council will conduct a
public hearing at 6:00 p.m, March 5,
2014 at City of Chubbuck Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the
following items:
1. An application by Ellis Construction,
Lifestyle Homes, 4470 Wasatch Street,
Chubbuck, ID 83202 for Park Meadows
13th Addition Preliminary Plat. Located
on Independence Avenue and
Pinewood Avenue, Chubbuck, ID
83202. South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of
section 9, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
