NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
March 4, 2014 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the
following items:
1. An application by Ellis Construction,
Lifestyle Homes, 4470 Wasatch Street,
Chubbuck, ID 83202 for Copperfield
Landing Division 2 Preliminary Plat.
Located in Lot 2 of Section 4, Township
6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian
in the County of Bannock. The area is
on Cole Street and McKay Street,
Chubbuck, ID 83202.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
March 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the
City Council will hold a public hearing
regarding Item #1, together with the
recommendations of the Land Use and
Development Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or',
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with
disabilities. Any person needing special
accommodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Planner,
Paul Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
