Chubbuck City Council will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 p.m, February 25,
2014 at City of Chubbuck Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the
following items:
1. In application by Pocatello Chubbuck
Auditorium District, PO Box 66,
Pocatello, ID 83204 for Chane in Land
Use District from Agricultural (A) to
General Commercial (C-2). Located W
1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, Township
6S, Range 34E, Boise Meridian,
Bannock County, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
This is an open field North of Knudsen
Blvd.
2. An application by Pocatello Chubbuck
Auditorium District, PO Box 66,
Pocatello, ID 83204 for Event Center
Subdivision Preliminary Plat. Located
on Knudsen Blvd, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 Section 10,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East of
the Boise Meridian, a portion of Lot 1
Block 1 of Yellowstone Commons
Division 2 in the County of Bannock.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
