SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 736
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of
Idaho, annexing certain lands being
31.2 acres, more or less, lying in the
Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Town-
ship 6 South: Mange 34 EBM lying south'.
of the Redman Canal and North of 1-85'
to be included within the boundaries and
jurisdictional limits of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho; specifying the zoning clas-
sification of Agriculture (A) which shall
be applied to said lands newly annexed:
including the annexed lands within the
Urban Service Boundary designated by
the City's Comprehensive Plan; directing
the Chubbuck City Clerk to record the
ordinance with Bannock County, provid-
ing for the repeal of conflicting ordi-
nances: providing for the severability of
the provisions of this ordinance; provid-
ing when this ordinance shall be in ef-
fect.

I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 735 and
that the summary provides adequate no-
tice to the public of the contents of this'
ordinance.
