ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for one Sanitation Collection
Truck, including cab and chassis with
collection packer body will be received
by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho at the of-
fice of the Public Works Director, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho
until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3,
2013 at which time, bids duly submitted
will be opened and read. A complete list
of specifications for which the bids are
solicited is available at the office of the
Public Works Director, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be delivered under sealed
cover and must contain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bidder's security in the
amount of 5% of the amount bid: Cash,
cashier's check payable to the city, certi-
fied check payable to the city, or bid-
der's bond executed by a qualified sure-
ty company payable to the city. The city
reserves the right to accept any and all
bids or to accept the lowest responsible
bid or any item of any such bid being the
most advantageous to the city.

State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which

uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
newspaper within the meaning of the laws of
