An application by Josh Ellis, 527 Taylor Avenue, Chubbuck, ID 83202, for a Change in Land Use District from R-2, Limited Residential, to R-4, Dense Resi- dential. The subdivision is located in the northeast quarter of the northeast guar - ter of section 8, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Ban- nock County, Idaho. 2. An application by Josh Ellis, 527 Taylor Avenue, Chubbuck, ID 83202, for Gryf- fin Hallow Subdivision Preliminary Plat located in the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 8, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridi- an, Bannock County, Idaho. 3. An application by Brittany Hill, 1600 Jade Drive, Pocatello, ID 83202 for a Conditional Use Permit for a child care center in an industrial zone located at 224 Evans Lane, Chubbuck, ID 83202. 4. Consider proposed ordinance amend- ing 18.08.040A to permit childcare cen- ters in industrial areas rather than condi- tionally permitting them. A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR REVIEW. WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO HEARINGS. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR with regard to the foregoing items(s), and at the time indicated will be. given an opportunity to be heard in support of, or in opposition to the proposal.
