CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
ChubbuckCity Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:00 PM on August 13, 2013
at Chubbuck City Council Chambers,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. with respect to the following
items:
Consider proposed ordinance amending
18.08.040A to permit childcare center in
industrial areas rather than conditionally
permitting them.
A COPY OF THE ORDINANCE IS ON I
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabC-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Clerk, Rich Mor-
gan at 208.237.2400 at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting.
