NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 p.m, September
10, 2013 at City of Chubbuck Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. Proposed intergovernmental transfer of
(1 ) 6 year old male Belgian Malinois K-9
unit and associated equipment.
