NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on July
2, 2013, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Paul Johnson, Rock-
well Development, 3539 Briar Creek
Lane, Ammon, ID 83406, for a Change
in Land Use District from Limited Resi-
dential (R-2) to Limited Residential -P
(R -2P) for Brookstone Estates Division
1 located in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 34
East, Boise Meridian, Bannock County,
Idaho.
2. An application by Paul Johnson, Rock-
well Development, 3539 Briar Creek
Lane, Ammon, ID 83406, for Brookstone
Estates Division 3 Preliminary Plat locat-
ed in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section
5, Township 6 South, Range 34 East,
Boise Meridian, Bannock County, Idaho.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.

uninterruptedly published in said County for a
