An application by Rockwell Develop- ment, 3539 Briar Creek Lane, Ammon, ID 83406 for Brookstone Estates Divi- sion 2 Preliminary Plat. Located on Cob- blestone Avenue and Stoneridge Street, Chubbuck, ID 83202. SE 1/4 of the SW Y4 Section 36, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian in the County of Bannock. 2. An application by Doug Briscoe, 553 Vern Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202 for Briscoe Subdivision 7th Addition Prelimi- nary Plat. Located on Kymball Street be- tween Martha Street and Taylor Avenue, Chubbuck, iD 83202. NW 1/4 Section 2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian in the County .of Ban- nock. 3. An application by RaLene Chacon, Route 2 Box 170-C, Pocatello, ID 83202 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Day- care Center located at 541 Canal Street, Chubbuck, ID 83202. 4. Consider proposed ordinance amend- ing chapter 18.08 to provide for a zoning district known as Limited Residential -P (R -2P) which allows for a smaller lot to accommodate either zero lot line resi- dences or single family homes built on smaller lots allowed in the zone. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 9, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow- stone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City Council will hold a public hearing regard- ing Item #1 and #2, together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development Commission. A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOP YOUR REVIEW. WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITION MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOF TO HEARINGS. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAF with regard to the foregoing items(s) and at the time indicated will be given ar opportunity to be heard in support of, of in opposition to the proposal.
