CITY OF CHUSBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE
Chubbuck City Council will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 p,m. May 14,
2013 at City of Chubbuck Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the fol-
lowing item: .
1. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing chapter 18.08 to provide for a zoningg
district know as Limited Residential -P
(R2 -P) which allows for a smaller lot to
accommodate either zero lot ,line resi-
dences or single family homes built on
smaller lots allowed in the zone.
A COPY OF THE ORDINANCE IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR'
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
