NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
February 7, 2012, at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5150 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1. An application by Cliff W. Cummings,
4902 Burley Drive Suite 1, Chubbuck,
Idaho 83202, for a Conditional Use Per-
mit for a martial arts facility. The proper-
ty is located at 4902 Burley Drive Suites
1&2.
2.Ordinanoe change to 18.12.030 G2a
Major Home Occupations. To add the
ability of a person with a Major Home
Occupation to have one (1) employee
who does not reside in the ome.

YOUR REVIEW,
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.

with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal,
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting

hours prior to the meeting.
