being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 712
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, vacating that portion of Parrish Lane
described in the ordinance; providing
that certain described portions of the va-
cated Parrish Lane shall revert to the
property owners on either side; provid-
ing the vacated portion shall be subject
to certain sewer line and water line
easements described therein and re-
tained by the City and subject to a gas
lines easement retained by Intermoun-
tain Gas Company as described therein;
providing for the repeal of conflicting or-
dinances; providing for the severability',
of the provisions of this ordinance; pro-
viding that this ordinance shall be in ef-
fect after its passage, approval and pub-
lication.

Offices, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
ID 83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 712 and
that the summary provides adequate no-
tice to the public of the contents of this
ordinance.
