NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
July 3, 2012, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Sydney Wood and
Dean Wilde, 3433 Alturus, Pocatello, ID
83201, for a Conditional Use Permit for
an RV/Boat Storage Facility. The prop-
erty is located on the south side of East
Chubbuck Road in the 400 block, 320
feet east of the Union Pacific railroad.
2. An application by Matthew Schiffman
and Wade Barker, 3800 Northern Lights,
Pocatello, ID 83201 for Chubbuck'
Meadows Subdivision Preliminary Plat.
The property is located SE '/4, NE 1/4,
Sec 4, T6S, R34E, BM, Bannock County
on. Homestead Street, Chubbuck, ID
83202.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July
10, 2012, at 7:00 pm at the Chubbuck
City Council Chambers, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the
City Council will hold a public hearing re
garding Item #2, with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use & Development
Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS
ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETI-
TIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS
PRIOR TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item(s), and
at the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
