NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accor-
dance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, that
the Chubbuck City Council will conduct
a public hearing at 7:00 p.m, June 26,
2012 at City of Chubbuck Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An increase in fees b the Chubbuck
Police Department for fingerprinting, li-
cense renewal, and handicapped park-
ing penalty.
Information about the proposed rates and
changes may be obtained from the City
Clerks office during regular business
hours.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND
PETITIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7
DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
