NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Au-
gust 7, 2012, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Matthew Schiff man
and Wade Barker, 3800 Northern Lights,
Pocatello, ID 83201 for Chubbuck
Meadows Subdivision Preliminary Plat.
The property is located SE '/4, NE 1/4,
Sec 4, T6S, R34E, BM, Bannock County
on Homestead Street, Chubbuck, ID
83202.
2. An application by Bobby Knudsen Jr.,
98 Fort Hall Ave, American Falls, ID
83211 for Yellowstone Commons Divi-
sion 2 Preliminary Plat. The property is
located east of Hawthorne Road and
north of 1-86.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Au-
gust 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Chub -
buck City Council Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City
Council will hold a public hearing regard-
ing Items #1 and #2, together with the
recommendations of the Land Use and
Development Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
