NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accor-
dance with Idaho Code 63-1311 A, that
the Chubbuck City Council will conduct
a public hearing at 7:00 p.m, November
13, 2012 at City of Chubbuck Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave,
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An increase in fees for fingerprinting, li-
cense renewal, and animal control ser-
vices.
Information about the proposed rates and
changes may be obtained from the City
Clerks office during regular business
hours.
Written testimony and petitions must be
submitted 7 day prior to the hearing.
Interested Citizens may appear with -'
re
gard to the foregoing item, and at the
time indicated will be given an opportu-
nity to be heard in support of, or in op-
position to the proposal.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement and is a
