A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the to-
tal bid amount, including any add alter-
nates, is required.
Sets of the documents may be obtained
by licensed public works contractors
from Keller Associates, at the location
noted above. A hardcopy of the docu-
ments may be obtained or a compact
disc (CD) containing electronic copies of
the documents in PDF format may also
be obtained. Printed version of the doc-
uments may be obtained for a non-re-
fundable cost of $50 each or a CD with .
pdf files of the documents may be ob-
tained for $25 each.
Age -bid conference will be held at the
City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho on Tuesday,
November 27, 2012, starting at 2:00
P.M. Bidders are strongly encouraged
to attend.
A Public Works Contractors License for
the State of Idaho is required to bid on
this work.
