NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on De-
cember 4, 2012 at Chubbuck City Coun-
cil Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to
the following items:
1. Discuss a proposed ordinance amend-
ing various sections of the Chubbuck
Municipal Code to update references to
the International Building Code and oth-
er applicable codes; repealing prior con-
flicting ordinances; providing that all oth-
er sections of chapters 5.40, 6.08, 8.08,
8.34, 8.36, 9.20, 15.04, 15.08, 15.20,
15.16, 15.24, 16.08, 16.24, 18.06, 18.13
and 18.32 not amended shall remain in
effect; and providing when this ordi-
nance is effective.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237 . 2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
