NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:00 p.m, on March 15, 2011
at the Chubbuck City Council Cham-
bers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck,
Idaho with respect to the following item:
1. The City of Chubbuck proposes to in-
crease sewer service costs beginning
April 1, 2011 by amounts that exceed
one hundred and five percent (105%) of
the respective fees from the current
year.
The fee increase is due to the additional
costs of installing sewer services for the
North West Sewer Interceptor project.

Yellowstone Ave.
City Hall and the council chambers are
accessible to persons with disabilities.
Interpreters for persons with hearing im-
pairments and /or taped information for
persons with visual impairments can be
provided upon three (3) days notice.

INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
