Hiline Road Water Line Construction
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
Bids for approximately 6,300 linear feet of
water pipeline, together with appurte-
nances and other related materials will
be received by the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, at the office of the Public Works
Director office, 5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M.,
Tuesday February 15, 2011, at which
time the bids duly submitted will be
opened and read. A complete list of
materials and specifications for which
the bids are solicited is available at the
office of the Public Works Director, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be delivered or received
under sealed cover clearly labeled with
the project name. The City reserves the
right to reject any and all bids, or to ac-
cept the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed most ad-
vantageous to the City. Bidders are
hereby notified that acceptance of this
contract by the successful bidder consti-
tutes certification that the bidder is or
will be in full compliance with applicable
Federal and/or State law.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
is attached, was published in the said IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for a
