NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accor-
dance with Idaho Code 63-1311 and
Idaho Code 67-6509, that the Chubbuck
City Council will conduct a public hear-
ing at 7:00 p. m, on March 22, 2011 at
the Chubbuck City Council Chambers,
5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho with respect to the following items:
1. The City of Chubbuck proposes to in-
stitute a new fee for electrical and
plumbing inspections effective April 1,
2011. For more information about a
specific fees and amounts please con-
tact the Mayor's office at 208.237.2400
at 5160 Yellowstone Ave.
2. The City of Chubbuck proposes to
amend the procedure for approval of a
planned unit development. For more in-
formation about specific changes to the
procedure please contact the Mayor's
office at 208.237.2400 at 5160 Yellow-
stone Ave.
City Hall and the council chambers are
accessible to persons with disabilities.
Interpreters for persons with hearing im-
pairments and /or taped information for
persons with visual impairments can be
provided upon three (3) days notice.
For accessibility arrangements please
contact the City Clerk at 208.237.2400
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
