NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accor-
dance with Idaho Code 63-1311 and
Idaho Code 67-6509, that the Chubbuck
City Council will conduct a public hear-
ing at 7:00 p. m, on May 24, 2011 at the
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho with
respect to the following items:
2. The City of Chubbuck proposes to
amend the front yard setback in the R2
zone. For more information about spe-
cific changes to the setback please con-
tact the Mayor's office at 208.237.2400
at 5160 Yellowstone Ave.
City Hall and the council chambers are
