NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a pu lic hearing at 7:00 PM on July
5, 2011 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Darris Ellis 4470
Wasatch, Chubbuck, Idaho 83202, for
Copperfield Landing Division Preliminary
Plat. The property is located South of
Siphon, immediately North of Home-
stead Estates.
2. Discuss proposed changes to the Com
prehensive Plan from MDR, Medium
Density Residential, to C, Commercial.
Location is the 5200 block of Mesquite.
3. An application by Allen Romriell, 4741
Afton Place Suite B, Chubbuck, Idaho
83202, for a zoning change from R-2,
Limited Residential, to C-2, General
Commercial at the 5200 block of
Mesquite.

YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.

with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting

hours prior to the meeting.

published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
