being First duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 703
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
municipal corporation of the state of Ida-
ho, amending section 13.04.090 of the
Chubbuck Municipal Code to provide for
the deposit due upon initial service, to
provide future changes in the deposit
may be adopted by resolution of the city
council; providing an applicant changing
addresses within the city that has previ-
ously had service and a deposit with the
city shall have the deposit transferred to
the new location without increase pro-
vided termination and application for
new service is done simultaneously; to
provide for reduced deposit to those
qualifying for circuit breaker in accor-
dance with section 13.04.025; to pro-
vide for the deposit to be three times the
minimum monthly bill in the event a cus-
tomer has been delinquent in the past
and to provide for appeal of this determi-
nation to the city council; providing for
the repeal of conflicting ordinances; pro-
viding that all other provisions of Chap-
ter 13.04 not amended shall remain in
effect; providing for the severability of
the provisions of this ordinance; provid-
ing that this ordinance shall be in effect
after its passage, approval and publica-
tion.

I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and cor-
rect summary of Ordinance No. 703 and
that the summary provides adequate no-
tice to the public of the contents of this
ordinance.
