Rich, It was sent by Stephanie Bonney twice to Susie's email. I placed the ad on
September 12, and Susie placed it again on September 13, 2011. I zeroed out the 2nd ad
placement so the City will only have to pay for LN19044, Ad #530602 in the amount of
$43.49. Thank you.
