NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:00 PM on Tuesday Novem-
ber 22, 2011 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, 18.06.220 to define salvage sites
and section 18.08.040 to add recycling
center to the schedule of general con-
trols will be discussed.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Clerk, Rich Mor-
gan at 208.237.2400 at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting.

State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which

uninterruptedly published in said County for a
