NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on De-
cember 6, 2011, at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1.An application by Knudsen Poor Farms,
Bobby Knudsen, 98 Fort Hall Ave,
American Falls, Idaho 83211 for Yellow-
stone Commons Division 1 Preliminary
Plat. Located West of Evans Lane and
North of Parrish Lane.
2.An application by United Metals, LLC
PO Box 1219, Caldwell, Idaho 83606 for
a Conditional Use Permit for a recycling
center. The property location is the
Northeast corner of Industry Way and
West Siphon Road.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on De-
cember 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the
City Council will hold a public hearing re-
garding Item #1, together with the rec-
ommendations of the Land Use and De-
velopment Commission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.
