NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land
Use & Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 PM on February 2,
2010, at Chubbuck City Council Cham-
bers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck,_ Idaho, with respect to the following
items:
1. Consider proposed ordinance adding
Section 18.12.070 regarding power gen-
erating windmills.
2. Discuss proposed changes to the Com-
prehensive Plan. Changes include Urban
Service Boundary expansion and
planned zoning along Philbm Road.
A COPY OF EACH ITEM IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR RE-
VIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s), and
at the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.

than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of
the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following

uninterruptedly published in said County for
