printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m, March 23, 2010 at
City of Chubbuck Council Chambers,
5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho with respect to the following item:
1. An application by Jay Roche, 435
Maysi, Inkom, idaho 83245 for Colby
Estates Preliminary Plat. This property
is located at the northwest corner of
Homestead Street and Hawthorne
Road.
A COPY OF THE APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE HEARING.
