NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct at public hearing at 7:00 PM on
June 1, 2010, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Briscoe Builders Con-
struction Inc, 553 Vern, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, 83202 for Briscoe Subdivision 5Ath
Addition Preliminary Plat. This property
is located north of Martha Street be-
tween Hiline & Whitaker Roads.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the City Council will conduct a pub-
lic hearing regarding this item, together
with recommendations from the Land
Use & Development Commission, at the
regular City Council Meeting on June 8,
2010, at 7:30 PM at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO RESPECTIVE HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to, the proposal.
