NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m, on July 27, 2010 at
the Chubbuck City Council Chambers,'.
5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho with respect to the following item:
1. The City of Chubbuck proposes to in-
crease water service connection costs
beginning August 1, 2010 by amounts
that exceed one hundred and five per-
cent (105%) of the respective fees from
the current year.
The fee increase is due to the additional
costs of installing metered services. For
more information about a specific fees
and amounts please contact the
Mayorigs office at 208.237.2400 at
5160 Yellowstone Ave.
City Hall and the council chambers are
accessible to persons with disabilities.
Interpreters for persons with hearing im-
pairments and /or taped information for
persons with visual imairments can be
provided upon three (3�days notice. For
accessibility arrangements please con-
tact the City Clerk at 208.237.2400
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.
