AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS
OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE ISL DAY OF OCTOBER , 2010, AND ENDING ON THE 30a
DAY OF —SEPTEMBER 2011, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011" PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS7
PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MU-
NICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which all revenues accruing to
the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the JsL, day of Xtobkr 2Q10,
and ending on the 30th, day of September 2011,
General Fund, Waterworks. Sanitation and Sewage Fund, Chubbuck Development Authority, Special Rev-
enue Funds, and Park Dedication Fund,
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the pay-
ment of ill General Fund Expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
410 General Government $228,028.00
422 Law Enforcement $2,769,748,00
423 Fire Control & Prevention $1,140,391.00
424 Building Inspection $159,351.00
430 Transportation -Hwy, Streets and Roads $885,027,00
432 Engineering $14,805.00
438 Parks and Recreation $671,183.00
453 Health and Welfare $33,275.00
490 Other General Governmental Purposes $9,513,00
TOTAL GENERAL FUND $5,911,321.00
Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from Waterworks, Sanitation and
Sewer Fund for the payment of all Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck during afore-
said fiscal year:
433 Sanitation - Salaries & Administration $1,621,135.00
434 Waterworks - Salaries & Administration $2,232,643,00
435 Sewage - Salaries & Administration $2-312 7-26,00
WATER, SANITATION & SEWER $6,166,504.00
Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Chubbuck Development
Authority Fund of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
440 Chubbuck Development Authority $1,678,000.00
Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Special Revenue Funds of
the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
Special Revenue Funds $62,900.00

Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Parks Dedication Fund of the
City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
254 Parks Dedication Fund $84,000,00
Section 7: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Employee Benefit Fund of
the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
274 Employee Benefit Fund $1,159,999,00
Section 8: That all ordinances, resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed:
That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its approval and publication as provided by law,
