being transported
from place to place
within the city limits
of the City of Chub -
buck; providing for
the control of the
introduction of pol-
lutants into the m-
nicipal separate
storm sew sys-
tem or
shed i the air
om uncov-
ered loads of mate-
rial iraWding- but
not limited to sand,
dirt, fill material,
landscaping mate
